Cast Assessment:Before I get into this there's a very important detail that I need to explain to anyone who may not know. Everyone on my tribe with the exception of Nate is from a forum that I post on and help run. We've a very tight knit community, and this particular group has been around the longest. We've all friends, we all know each other very well, and it'll have a huge impact on the outcome of the game.
Ramona will likely be my closest ally throughout the game. We host together, we work together very well, we've won together, and we'll talk more out of any pair in this game. We've discussed how great it will be to run the game and make the end together, something everyone expects, which adds to the challenge and makes it more fun. Everyone will see it coming which is why we want to do it, and (hopefully) in a way that people won't exactly expect.
HOWEVER, I have some concerns. First problem: this group of people have played two major ORG's together. I hosted one, and I won the other. In the one I hosted, Ramona enjoyed playing all sides up until getting caught. In the one that I won, she did the same thing and I got her booted because of it. My fear is that she'll wanna do it again. Something about playing with this group...she gets into that mindset. I'm gonna be keeping a very close eye on that. It'll be tough though, because part of our strategy is to plot against each other to our other allies to make our alliance less obvious. If stuff gets back to me about her plotting against me, I won't know for sure if it's sincerely part of our plan or if she's actually trying to play all sides. It'll be tricky.
Gervase is a good friend, and part of my core alliance. Both of them actually. I suggest an ADMIN ALLIANCE, which includes myself, him, and GC. Us three are the administrators on our forum where this group comes from, and making the final three together would be funny, so I suggested it. Plus, being the 'LEADERS' of the forum is gonna put targets on our back I'm sure.
ANYWAY, Gervase will hopefully be a good ally. I have no plans on betraying him anytime soon. Him and I have never actually played a game together, so this'll be fun.
He's very smart, and he'll be weary of me I'm sure, despite being really the only one in this group that I haven't betrayed in a game yet. Or maybe because of that. Who knows.
I hope he intends to stick with me, because I intend to stick with him. He is, however, the one person right now that I suspect Ramona may abandon me for. We'll see.
The third member of the admin alliance, which btw, is also the first core alliance + Ramona.
I wanna work with GC pretty badly this game, and I think people will catch onto that. He'll be fun to work alongside, especially if he takes this game semi-seriously which I expect him to since he knows most involved.
Him and Gervase were ENEMIES in the game I hosted, so there's that.
In the only game that I've gone deep into with GC, I tricked him a bit and got him to save me, then betrayed him the week after. He'll probably remember that. Something to keep in mind.
Wildcard #1, but the person I want as the fifth in our alliance. I have absolutely no idea how Alicia will play this game. She doesn't play games like this. When she has, she's just one of the first few out.
She doesn't quite have the STOMACH for betrayal and lies and all that, which might be good for me. I'm trying to show her the ropes of the game as much as possible. I believe if I'm the only person helping her along and gain an understanding of the game, then she'll be loyal to me. I think that'll go a long way. Unless student turns into teacher scenario and she kills me, which might actually be kinda funny.
Roxy is a relatively new member of this group of friends, but I'm not sure that'll impact too much. The two of us haven't really worked super super closely throughout a good game before. Not one that we were both really into at least that I can remember. So this'll be interesting.
I'd like to think she'll stick with the group of main four. She'll enjoy working with us the most out of everyone on the tribe because she has a similar sense of humor. I just hope she realizes that. Though unfortunately, she'll also know how tight us four are, and may try to break it. I wouldn't be too surprised at all if Roxy ends up in some sort of counter alliance against us.
Roxy is to Cirie as Ramona is to me. Those two will certainly be a pair throughout the game. A pair that I'll have to try to break up at some point further down the road. If Ramona and I get heat for being a tight pair, I'll be sure to try to deflect attention to Cirie/Roxy being super close.
Other than that, Cirie is the biggest outsider in this group really. She's not part of our forum exactly, though she's friends with many of us.
She told me that she's worried she'll be a first boot on our tribe, but I told her she'll be fine. She seems like she'll get into the game, which means she'll be a good player. Hopefully she'll wanna be on the IN and think that sticking with me is a good way of doing that. I'm not really convinced it is.

I've fooled Osten many times before in several embarrassing ways. I don't expect he'll forget anytime soon! His back is scarred from the many knives I've plunged into it from recent years. He won't trust anything that I say to him. Then again, he kind of always does when he shouldn't.
I expect he'll do his best to strike against me however he can, because he fully/correctly expects me to try to take him out of the game. I want him gone way sooner rather than later, and I know many agree. A counter alliance COULD very well form with him and a few others, and I hope to squash that as soon as possible.
I expect Crystal to be Osten lackey #1, which is unfortunate because I really like Crystal. I think her and Osten will have a F2 if they don't already. If Osten goes, I hope I can work with Crystal down the road. I'm skeptical though. Good friend, but someone who might wanna take me out for fun. I have a lot of those!
Pretty useless to my strategy tbh. If Yas shows up and actually starts to play, which I don't expect, then she likely won't join my side.
She won the game that I hosted with all of these people, so that's something to note. People won't be happy if she slipped by UTR and won again. I'll be sure to use that.
So far, looking like an early boot due to poor commitment.

Poor Nate. Has absolutely no idea what he's gotten himself into. He just wandered into the biggest pre-game alliance in the history of ORG's. He's the only one on our tribe who isn't apart of it.
Many people expect him to go first because he's an outsider. I'm not too convinced. I wouldn't mind picking him up and having him as a useful ally down the road.
Him and Osten are friends though, so that's worrisome. I wanna either get to him first, or make sure Osten leaves so that Nate has no one else on the tribe.
A few whiteys are from our forum too! Big Tom is one of them. Hopefully he gets invested in the game because that'll be funny. Doesn't look promising for him so far though. Could very well be one of the first two boots on their tribe.
If he sticks around and ends up on my tribe, I can see him going against me. Though I may need to rely on his vote if I get red rover'd over there. We'll see.
Wildcard. Ramona's roommate. We've worked well together before but she's known for doing whatever she wants which includes voting on her complete own for fun. She's also a member of the "Kill Artis for fun club" in games like Mafia and such. One of the people who will vote for me because I typically do well. Not sure what more to make of her really.
Good friends with Yasmin. Useless.
Not apart of our forum, but a friend. Good player. Already spoke to him a bit. Revealed to him that all the blacks are friends from a forum. I figured it was obvious anyway and thought maybe I could establish some trust if I was the one to tell him. Plus I didn't really want him in the dark. Might've been a bad move because he might try to rally everyone against us, but whatever. I don't think he'll end up liking his tribe too much. I expect him to stick around for awhile. Could be someone good to work with down the road in a swap or red rover situation.
Everyone else sucks really. I don't like Ethan or Holly or Jed based off of this challenge so far. Rob C is an idiot and I tricked him into thinking I was Big Tom. So stupid. Malcolm is another idiot and is laughably bad at this challenge so far. RC and Ozzy are useless to me.
