I am holding this confessional hostage until you answer the following question:
When is the EXACT moment when the Red Rover goes into effect? This is important!
In PNR a red rovered player got rovered RIGHT BEFORE TC ended, and thus the switch worked like an idol going off.
I don't think it works like that here, but you said RR is PRECEDING TC results, which means before. So which is it

PROceed means continue or begin. It doesn't mean after. I just assumed you typoed again.

I'm impressed, once again, the idol has been found! 2 players succeeded in finding the password, but only when got the idol.
