'Modern Day Seinfeld'
Ripped off idea from a twitter account, is that allowed?
Could make a 'sequel' from any tv show/movie 15+ years ago and play it out in modern time.

I volunteer to help with the script. Photoshop is just not my strongest point.

Maybe we could base it on Lost? That'd at least let us include all or most of the characters.

There are several ways we could go with this and I'd be fine making a poster for any genre.
Is it a comedy? an action film? an indie quirk movie? something with a science fiction twist?
I think looking for a genre is where to start before you go about making it "like this show" or "like this movie"

Ok this is just one suggestion but how about this: It's the year 2199. The United States is not what it once was. Bad government has led to economical and social crisis. With crime at a all time high, racial tension soaring new heights and the US of A just poverty stricken. A devious business man and his sister (Ted and Ghandia) from another country ( ) comes to the USA with his crew. He gathers 20 racially diverse men and woman to do battle in a secluded area. The winner is the last man or woman standing. With 10 million at stake and more importantly a chance out of destitution. The event will be spectacular broadcast in hundreds of countries in 6 continents. Ted and Ghandia monopolize this into a money making event televising this as a PPV and also having merchandise for sale. Who will survive? Will the different races play a factor? Who will be the worlds next multimillionaire?? Watch as 20 men and woman from different ethnic backgrounds fight to death! This is RACE WARS 2199 Just a idea that we can go more into detail this is just a shell. We can modify anything or everything...thoughts, opinions, ideas? I was thinking the poster could be our tribe as the starring characters with Ted and Ghandia's face above us like overbearing on us since he's the devious mastermind of this "game" This could be billed as action however we can incorporate some comedy, could have a small love story which gives some drama and the killings could be very over the top like quinten Tarantino so that gives some gore, violence and horror. Movie would be rated R of course Ok thoughts....go!

Seems pretty interesting in my opinion but we might lose out on points for originality though (sounds pretty similar to Hunger Games/Death Race/etc). If we stick to this though we need to come up with original characters with unique personalities for each of us. Also I think the poster idea is good and goes well with the story.

Aww damn I've never seen any of those. My idea is inspired from Condemned where a guy gets 12 prisoners I think to battle to the death and one wins freedom.
If you wanna look it up you can Wikipedia it or go to imdb.com it's starring Stonecold Steve Austin.
